It's so great/soft that I would recommend it for that alone. We've only had it a few days so can't comment on durability, but I'm happy with pretty much everything. My only "complaint" (if you can call it that) is that it's labeled turquoise, but it's a MUCH more stormy blue than turquoise. So if you want a true turquoise duvet (lighter/greener teal) this might not be what you're looking for, but the softness and comfort is A+++.
