Worked at my daughters party.
My daughter used them at a costume party. It is as you think. thick paper with elastic thread so you can pull it over your head. That's what I needed so they could have fun with them for a few hours. People complaining that it's cheap. Well yes, it costs $0.50 per mask. What did you expect? For a birthday party or play date they are perfect. It should probably be 5+ because little ones just rip it off their heads and rip it apart. EDIT: Just FYI. They sell them at 5 Below for $2 for a pack of 8. So despite the free shipping on PRIME, you're really paying $2.50 more than in-store.
