Review on DBPOWER Projector Support Android Compatible by John Arsov

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very convincing for this price.

I wasn't really expecting much from a projector under $150, but I was quite impressed. Firstly, it is packed in a nice compact travel case. It includes a remote control (requires 2 AAA batteries), an HDMI cable and a mini jack for the AV output cable. The picture was huge and the projector was only 8 feet from the wall. The room wasn't bright, but to say it was dim would be an exaggeration, but the picture was bright enough. Focusing and keystone correction worked well. I have terrible internet at home, so I use public wifi and download shows to watch on TV at home. I've tested Amazon Prime and Netflix with the Lightning to HDMI adapter I use for my TV. Netflix worked with every show I tried. Revain was hit or miss when he played. I'm pretty sure it's due to some sort of digital piracy lockdown and not a projector bug. The only downside I have is the same as every other projector I've seen - the fan is very audible. Not suitable for quiet, tender film moments, but suitable for action or power point meetings. Sure, it won't have as good a picture as a $1,000 device, but it's *very* impressive for the price. Holding back because they are too expensive? This is a good place to start. By the way, if you try to take a picture of the screen while your phone is in mirror mode, it actually looks like two mirrors are facing each other. see photo lol
