Rollbar - Tracking problems, errors & Bugs

I like the idea of being able to track issues and bugs that are occurring in my code base. I can see which ones are the most urgent and which ones can wait a little longer. I also like that I can see which ones are being worked on by other developers. I dislike that I can't see the status of issues that I am working on.

I also dislike that I can't see the status of issues that I am working on. I would like to be able to see the status of issues that I am working on. This is helpful when I am tracking issues with my teammates and I want to know if we are making any progress.

Pros

The ability for us as users/developers at least have visibility into what needs fixing across all versions both old & current without having access directly from production environments..The "open" nature allows me easy accessibility while maintaining security.
