The product definitely works. At work I have serious problems with my rotator cuff. It offered maximum support and greatly relieved the aches and pains of wearing it, but it was difficult to put on as it is my dominant right shoulder with injuries and I had to put it on with my left hand, I couldn't do it myself and had to seek help. It is also very bulky and should not be worn under work clothes (business casual). Some flaws but overall a great product definitely does what it's supposed to do. Provide maximum support and relieve pain.
