I may have gotten a defective one, but I haven't had too many issues with anything else I've bought that I haven't resolved right away. I just can't go wrong with this product. I bought this particular brace because it was advertised as light and easy to sleep in as the brace I normally use most of the time and have had for YEARS is still very functional. Pass it on, or rest assured that if mine was faulty, yours isn't. I was so happy when it arrived but now.
