I have small hands. I play about 10-16 hours a day and the joycons don't feel comfortable enough for me even with the included grip because they are too tight to the point that my wrist hurts after a few hours. But with this controller I tried it after it came. Both wired and wireless connections work great. It's very precise and perfect for rhythm games, and my hand rests comfortably on this controller, unlike joycons.
