So I bought these headphones to replace my Beats X. The best thing about these headphones is that they have a charging case! When I call, people say I sound muffled. I like the sound of music. The base is great. The only thing I can't get over is how difficult they are to use. Not user friendly at all. You have to click on the middle but you don't know what these operations are. I turned the volume up or was told it was the loudest, but I don't know which buttons I actually pressed for the volume function. Forget how to skip or go back a track. It was easy to take the call and pause the music, just press the center of the disc. Auto connect was poor. Normally one right ear had sound. It is not clear how to turn on the left. Pairing requires you to have both earbuds, but when Bluetooth is connected only one side (the right one) will show connection. I had to take both earbuds out of my ears and put them back in the case, then take them out and put them in my ears, then after a minute of the right connection, the left one connected. Annoying connection process. The battery life for music playback is a little less than 2 hours, which is problematic for me. Worst bluetooth headphones I have ever bought or used! I am calling Revain to arrange a refund but wanted to give this 2 more weeks of use. Still upset! GET THEM BACK THIS WEEK! Don't recommend anyone I like! I'm giving my pair away for free if you pay for shipping. I don't like her that much.
