Bought for a Christmas trip to Manhattan so only started on Monday 29th November. Only used 5 days before the color faded leaving a brilliant red. I thought it would be the perfect little crossbody bag, the kiss lock allows for easy access, an adjustable shoulder strap and the size is just right for a small purse and makeup bag, phone and keys. Very very disappointed that the color is coming off. Outside the return window, it can be taken to a repair shop if anything can be done.
