I bought this hat for an impromptu Halloween costume. When I received it and tried it, it was great! Then the next time I went to try it on, it was swinging on my head and stinging me like crazy. Not sure if it's a disposable umbrella but that's about all I get out of it. Have to buy another one to wear as a costume :( Not cool! But I gave it 2 stars because it was what I was looking for, just not the best quality!
