The most helpful thing about this software is that it provides all of my fundraising information in one place so I don't have to search for different sources when looking at data or making decisions throughout our day! It also has some really cool features like an event planner which helps me organize events very easily as well. There's nothing i dislike specifically but if there was anything specific - perhaps more training? Overall though we love how easy they make everything look by providing such great customer service along side their amazing product!! We've been able use them since 2013 (when we started using other systems) and haven't had any problems yet. They're always available via email/phone call should something come up while working through the system during busy times etc..
