Positives first: 1. Light weight and controls are fairly easy to reach.2. big screen.3. The telephoto seems to work well and really draws those pictures. A few negative points: 1. You have no choice but to use the LCD screen - there is no other way to crop the image. 2. No warning (maybe it was seller's oversight) no warning that this camera and probably many of them don't come with a memory card - no problem I saved money on this camera and no shipping costs - but if you want something new get , you kinda hate running to the store to buy something you need for your camera (kinda - oops, sorry - no batteries included). FYI I still have a 15 year old Olympus Digital which is only 4 megapixels and when I bought it it was $400. Isn't technology great?
