I've done some research on whether a 4K HDMI cable is required instead of the standard cable. From Revain to Netgear and Youtube. Everyone seems to have a different opinion on that. Ethernet cables are not created equal. Don't expect your "high speed" internet to run on anything less than a Cat 5 cable! After upgrading from Samsung HD Big Screen to LG 4K HDR, I wanted the best A/VI I could get. iVanky 4k HDMI cables work great! I run one through a Sony 4K Bluray player and the audio and video are excellent! Conclusion: You don't have to break the bank for quality cables!
