Works for my daughter
I ordered this for my daughter who complains that the seat belt rubs her neck when she wears summer dresses. It solves that problem and comes in pink as a bonus in their book! For people concerned about the state of California's "contains chemicals known to cause cancer" warning, California seems to believe that everything causes cancer. I will update my review if my daughter gets neck and/or shoulder cancer, but until then I'm not overly concerned.
