Although this product was of high quality. It was very doubtful that I had these problems. My iPad fit perfectly, including the keyboard case. There is a small panel separating the iPad from other items in the storage area as shown in the photos. What I couldn't get over with this device is that when you add your stuff, it's very heavy and there are a lot of them. unused space due to storage space formation. Nothing else fit other than the items shown in the photos, so it was not possible to add other items (phone, spare accessories, etc.). very bulky and perfect to carry alone and not in another bag. So if you're flying your only carry-on bag should allow it to fit in or be your only personal bag, but if you're also traveling with a wallet it's not as practical. I'm a musician and was looking for a case not only for my iPad but also for some music accessories and the molded inner pockets are really for the items shown in the pictures and nothing else. The quality is really good if you use it for what is shown I highly recommend it. However, if you are traveling with items of non-standard sizes, this does not change in any way.
