I've only tried it twice so far. I don't think it works for people with braces even though the description says it does. I am over 20 years old with an adult. It was easy to put on, but when I try to take it off it gets stuck in the clips. Gotta play it or rock it to get it I had an appointment with my orthodontist this morning, I took it and showed her. She recommends that I don't use it if it gets stuck in the brackets, it will eventually break the brackets. So I would not recommend this product to anyone. Not sure if I can get a refund for this as I already threw away the packaging.
