The maker (particularly for the backlight) and the vendor (especially for the fair pricing) both deserve our gratitude. The ferrite ring in an antique monitor's power cord is perhaps the best protection against interference. The pluses: Value for the money. (500r). Type gently. Light can be adjusted and isn't gay-bashingly soft. Superb polymer. A really lengthy cable. Normal alphabetic and numeric symbols. The downside is that the keyboard is vulnerable to mains interference if you use it with a computer that has a wake-up keyboard. Interruption from the network causes my computer to power on, or if it was already on, the monitor to restart. I looked, and the old clave I swapped out due of stuck buttons doesn't have anything like that.
