I am new to embroidery. I love to organize and saw this box (or something similar) on a YouTube tutorial and knew I had to get it. The box itself is sturdy and compact. I would like the compartments to be moveable/resizeable. I can fit different things in a larger space, but for example my small scissors are too big. The stickers are very useful but I don't just use the dmc brand so I need a fine tip permanent marker to write the rest. There are additional stickers for this, or you can write on the spool itself. I also don't know how current the numbers are (I know dmc often releases new floss colors) and I'm missing a lot of numbers. Some reviews mention that there is a small circle/bulge where the stickers are, so it's not even or flat for stickers or writing. That's right. However, if you turn it to the other side, it flattens out and is flat for writing/sticking on. The coils themselves aren't very strong, but they do the job. I'm not sure how solid they are with other manufacturers. All in all a great purchase.
