You can get bad pens
First I got one from the art box and decided to get more since I've used it so much. Well the first pack was damaged and wilted with one of my favorite colors so I asked for a replacement. I received a new undamaged package and now 3 of my favorite colors are dry. If you can't get these pens dry, the inconsistent quality is pretty terrible
