, I made a lot of illusion style necklaces in the 1990's and recently I've been working with beads again so I decided to give it another try. I ordered it right away and am very satisfied. I use crimp tubes to hold the beads in place, one on each side, and they work fine (I use the smallest size I have). I use the same crimp tubes to make grommets on the ends to attach the fasteners. I didn't try to glue it. It cuts fairly easily with scissors but is quite strong and will stand up to other (normal) circumstances. It goes through holes in almost all of my beads (even pearls) without using a needle, which is nice. Of course, if you look closely, it is not invisible, but from a distance the illusion is pleasant. It doesn't tend to get tangled, which is nice, and it's fairly lightweight. There is quite a lot here but if I ever run out of quantity I will buy the same item again.
