We have been using this as my daughter's exclusive skin and hair cleanser for over two years and love it. It's a gentle cleansing cream, almost like a lotion and conditioner that needs to be rinsed off. It foams a little on the hair and is easy to rinse out. Cleans perfectly without drying out sensitive skin. We don't bathe them every day; to protect her microbiome and keep her skin from drying out and this is our third reorder. Note: While we love the cleanser, we never ordered the lotion after our first try because when I tested it on my face (my most sensitive skin), it stung and I didn't want to risk the same thing on my baby's skin.
