The backrest cuts in because it is not soft
I had to send the chairs back. Installation was easy and the chairs are great. The seat is comfortable, the chair is light. However, the back of the chair is not upholstered and cuts into the backrest. Not a comfortable seat to lean on. I wish these chairs had a soft back.
