Why not make it 1/8 inch bigger so the buckle doesn't look abnormally large. It does not make sense. The leather material is ok. No premium or anything like that. Would have liked more if the strap was wider. Otherwise the design/idea is great. Also, the lock shouldn't be tight as the end always hangs down (instead of keeping the direction of the strap) and is cut correctly so I don't know if it's a design or what
