I needed to replace a toiletry bag that I have had for many years and was a favorite. I couldn't find the exact one so I bought this one as a possible replacement. I am happy to say that I like it and am satisfied with the switch. For its size, it can take a beating. I have a few suggestions for improvement. The hole in the top to store the hook is too big, and small items stored in the top zipper pocket will fall out. I don't think the storage feature is really needed as I'd rather have a secure pocket. I still haven't saved the hook. It would be nice if the hook rotated. The front row inside is too short for most things, and if you have larger items in the back row (like travel shampoo or hairspray) the front row becomes useless as it's too narrow (and short) to fit anything - anything but something . even. This could be corrected if the front pockets were a bit loose in their closure and as high as the back pockets. None of them are a deal breaker for me as I can bypass them but when they are solved it really makes this bag great.
