Okay so I bought this as a gift for someone just to feel totally LOOKED. First, the key letters are repeated and also put in the wrong slots. I realized this when I noticed that TWO letters "H" and "K", "O" and "P" are in the wrong slots. Second, the characters appear in a different location than on the keyboard. For example, when I try to use a shift and symbol for the number 4, the percent sign appears instead of the money symbol. I felt bad that I bought this as a gift for someone just for them to tell me about these issues. I'm hoping for compensation for that.
