Three years ago, at Christmas, I started a hobby. I love Christmas and decided on a model train set with buildings, scenery etc. My first year was minimal, I had to buy a model train set and a few buildings so my setup costs were limited. In my second and third year, I expanded. Last year I decided to build a mountain/tunnel. Now you have to keep in mind that this was at Christmas so everything I added/did had to be light but strong to be easy to move and store. The mountain/tunnel looked ok but I left the back unfinished to minimize material costs. I bought Navaris plaster this year and am now finishing the back of the mountain/tunnel. This fabric costs 1/2 the cost of the plaster fabric originally purchased and works just as well as the more expensive model brand. Two shots show the front of last year's mountain/tunnel and the other shows the back of the tunnel after new plasterboard was installed. FYI, this tunnel is approximately 50"W x 60"D x 17"H.
