I bought myself a machine for sewing doll clothes, and from the very first day I couldn’t set up the perfect stitch: either the lower thread pulls strongly, then the upper one is very relaxed, it skips loops in a zigzag (attached photo). I read the instructions, watched the video, thought it was the tension, but adjusting the threads did not help. I decided to call the master to help. He found the reason: the shuttle didn’t seem to come from this machine at all, the nose was short and blunt, he was generally surprised at how I sewed on it these months . He replaced the shuttle for me, and the line immediately became perfect. It's very unpleasant, because the car cost 25,000 . The photo shows a white line before replacing the shuttle, black - after. So I really like the car, but this situation spoiled the impression of the service.
