I've bought hundreds of pounds of Dead Sea Salt over the years and this is by far my favorite. If you love a real healing bath, this salt is for you. Just know that they're ugly, perfectly uniform crystals, scented bath salts are the real deal. There are lumps and lumps in it, but they will dissolve. I have a whirlpool tub that I can put anything in (unlike hot tubs that only have to be used with water). my house with smoke from decoctions of Dead Sea salt, seaweed, peat mud. They call it. While I'm used to my bathtub smelling swampy, isn't it true that using this salt without all the other stinky algae doesn't smell bad at all? But then again I love the smell of the sea so take it for what it's worth. If you really don't like the natural smell, add essential oils. In addition, the concentration is very tight! If I use the same amount of other salts (e.g. Epsom) the water becomes less "salty". I just love this stuff.
