With over 3000 reviews and 4.7 stars out of 5 I truly believe this is a reliable quality product. Boy was I wrong! I got it today in chrome and the first thing that strikes you is how light and thin it is. Then you noticed that the tray was difficult to pull out and insert as it just rides or rubs steel on steel. No castors or plastic glides. It is not possible to move a crate/basket without moving the entire block. It is therefore the work of two hands: one holds it while the other pulls or pushes the basket. The finish is definitely of poor quality and if you are in a humid environment it sure will rust quickly. Also, my device was missing one of the rubber feet, rendering it unusable. In its current state, it will 1) wobble and 2) scratch the surface it's standing on. I contacted the company and Revain to see what they could do with the missing parts. Verdict: It's not worth $25. I paid for it! Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
