Review on Bosch SP0F000041 Electrical Pressure Chrome by Brian Piecuch

I had the same results as other browsers, including the blackface sensor. Bought two of these gauges. Carefully hooked up and installed only to find the needle didn't go above 25psi at full throttle. Concerned that my engine was at fault, I bought a mechanical pressure gauge so I could check the engine oil pressure myself. This gauge showed engine pressure at 40 psi at idle and 50 psi at full throttle. I then tried a 25 year old VDO sensor with the matching sensor and confirmed good oil pressure using this test method. Other configurations including using the Bosch twin setup I bought for the second motor gave the same results. The two Bosch pressure gauges and their pressure gauges did not work properly. I would give this product negative 5 stars if I could after all the time and effort that went into troubleshooting this rubbish product.
