Received this quickly and appears to be very well made. I had a problem with the instructions for another product that came with the device. I was looking for a bracket to attach it to the wall and didn't realize that the bracket is already screwed to the toilet paper holder. If the company's website were active, or if assembly instructions were posted on this Revain page, it would be a lot easier. Attached is a photo showing how the back of the toilet paper holder is shipped. The photo below shows the holder separated from the toilet paper holder after you have loosened the small screw with the Allen key provided.
