Puts me to sleep
This is amazing and keeps me from tossing and turning for an hour before finally falling asleep! I bought it for the ambiance but I fell asleep within minutes having apparently been the first night my husband installed it. We put it on his bedside table and he turns it on when we go to bed, turns on the music, and after a few minutes the lights go out and watch the lights and stars dance around the room. If you have trouble falling asleep at night, you should try this!
