This pallet holder is terrible. I bought it in December 2018 and it has already fallen apart with regular use. The first thing that struck me was that unlike other ByAlegory makeup organizers, this one was made up of several separate thin acrylic pieces for palette dividers. Another of Alergory arycylic seems strong and thick. Good. However, they did not fit into the grooves. They clamped in some grooves or dangled freely in others. The ones that actually fit into their slots broke when inserting and removing pallets. Also, moving this palette holder always resulted in the palette falling off if I wasn't careful. By the time the partitions began to crack, the date for my return had already passed. Too bad because I love the byAlegory lipsticks, lip glosses and compact organizers that I bought a few years ago.
