I've had this case for a few months now and it works great. The only downside is that it doesn't come with a screen protector, but you can order one separately. To illustrate my assessment in the context of today's events, here the average in Tennessee is 24⁰F so everything is frozen. There has been icy fog at night for a few days, making everything slippery. This morning I fell down a steep driveway and my phone literally flew out of my coat pocket and bounced off like a rock falling off a mountainside. I just knew I was done with the phone but god no scratches or cracks on the screen or camera. There are some dents on the sides and back of the case, but that's about it. My conclusion: the case protects the phone, but don't expect it to protect your phone above all else. This applies to all living beings.
