June 2019 update: I purchased this product in December 2018. I went through two shields in about six months. The first shield (discussed below) lasted nearly four months, although the top edge began to rise about a month after it was installed. Four months later it became necessary to put up a new shield. At that time there were only two shields in the box. Now they offer six in a box, which is good because apparently a new shield is needed every few months. The second one I applied for in April 2019 was scratched while lifting/pushing a lost dog onto the back of my car. By the end of the day it started to peel off (not a dog but a sign), litter collecting around the edges. But I suspect that all "wet applied" films will have the same problem, which is durability. The film itself is fantastic while it's running. Again, you can't even tell there's anything on your watch, but it fully protects the dial. So I decided to stick with what I know and bought another box of six films. Good business! I repeat my experience: the first shield lasted four months; the second lasted about two months. The only difference when applying these shields was that I used a hair dryer when applying the second one. I'm not sure if it was important or not. For this third shield, applied a few days ago, I followed the standard procedure of letting the grout dry on its own without a blow dryer, pressing down the edges after 10-15 minutes, and then letting it dry overnight. Once again I have a perfect crisp coverage. Let's see how long it lasts! ************************* I always sweat when it comes to putting plastic sheets or tempered glass on my devices. Therefore, they are often difficult to use. When I received this sign and realized it required a 'wet' application and after reading some of the reviews I was concerned. I went to the website, watched the video twice (the second time putting the sign up) and was surprised and very pleased with the simplicity of it all. I learned from these reviews that you shouldn't over-wet your visor. Just apply enough spray to coat its sides and, yes, your fingers too. Work on a flat, well-lit surface and set everything up beforehand. The screen is hard to see once you put it on the watch, so you really have to feel around the edges and press it to make sure it sits squarely on the watch at the corners. Do this quickly as it will start to stick quickly (unless you overdid it!). Once you've done this, simply smooth the flat surface as directed, then press down on all sides to ensure the corners match the curve of the clock. I did that several times in the first five minutes. It's really very easy if you fully understand the process and prepare everything before you start. I had a hair dryer handy but never used it. I figured there was no need to let the watch dry overnight as the screen seemed really solid after only a few minutes, but I left it overnight anyway. Just in case. I can't even tell there's a sign on the clock. The clarity (HD quality) of the dial is identical to that before the screen was attached. The sensory response is the same. I use a microfiber cloth to occasionally buff and clean the surface, although this is rarely necessary. look in addition to this sign. Bumper cases detract from the beauty of the watch and add weight and bulk. This screen most likely won't protect the watch if it falls face down on a hard surface, but that's why I bought the Apple Care+ extended warranty. However, everyday scratches should be avoided. The time will show. If there are any problems, I will update this review. I am very satisfied with this sign and can only recommend it.
