There are no instructions in the kit so I just sprayed it on my glasses and wiped them off right away. They were still blurring. Then he sprayed both lenses, wiped one, then the other. The one I wiped first fogged up, but the second didn't. It was strange. After reading online guides and reviews, I sprayed the lenses on both sides, spread the solution evenly with my finger, and then let it sit for a few minutes before buffing. It worked. You haven't been sweating. Even better was letting the lenses dry completely before polishing. Attention: The cover is temporary. If you wipe it again you can erase the coating and it will stop working.
