CUT TO THE WRONG SIZE!
Ordered ROYAL size. What I received was more like a QUEEN size. I only have ROYAL and FULL bed. I have to shorten it to fit my FULL. I also wanted it to be softer, but it's a high density foam, which I didn't want. Star only for speed of delivery. I know I could "send it back for an exchange" but it would most likely be the same as these things are machine cut so they don't do custom work. Also if I tried to just "reduce size to full size" I would probably have the same problem. It was small for a full size so I decided to cut my losses and trimmed it down to fit my full size guest bed perfectly.
