So salty, so comforting

Okay, I think we should all be honest with each other, so I'll start with an admission: The very first thing I did after I made that lamp out of the plastic was mine lick hand DO NOT LIE; I know you did too, just to see how salty it would be. (Answer: very... and uncomfortably tasty for a salt lover like me.) *Despite the taste, this is such a wonderful lamp! I'm not particularly worried about ions or anything like that; I was just looking for some cool task lighting to put next to my bed - this lamp is perfect for that. The pink salt gives a nice cozy glow and the dimmer is very comfortable and responsive. (In my photo, I set the brightness to about half the power.) The design of the lamp itself also seems great. This is definitely a heavy machine and it was packaged well with clear, professional instructions that made me feel like I've definitely picked a good product. I was a little apprehensive about the salt lamp fire and subsequent reviews, so I really appreciate this company distancing their products from those in the description. I can enjoy warm orange light without worrying about fire! There are about a Bajillion Salt Lamps for sale at Revain and I can only say I'm glad I bought these! does not actively eat my lamp and do not suggest you do the same.
