After looking at several children's exercise machines on the market we decided on this one because of the variety of toys included and of course the price. We were looking for something with lights, sound and teether, as well as lots of colors to grab our little one's attention and it covered all the features we were looking for. The toy that our child likes the most is the lovely tiger in the middle, which has two modes of play: always or when the child clap. In the beginning when the baby was about 3 months old we just turned on the tiger and she spent a lot of time looking at him and smiling, now that she is 6 months old and can control her body better we turn on the tiger a tiger in clapping mode, and she knows that if she pulls hard on the toy, the toy will turn on and make a sound that stimulates her motor skills. The other part she loves is the hanging tiger chimes in the gym because of the sound it makes, it's adorable and she loves tugging on it to make it ring. She's also recently started chewing on it, which isn't the intended purpose, but it's safe because it's not a small piece as long as you keep the tiger clean. The gym teethers are a great plus and the mirror is ok. This gym is very complete and not as expensive as other gyms we have compared.
