Disappointing support - do not buy

This printer has a few issues. It often hangs when trying to load more than 10 pages in the tray. Also, after a while I got a message that the printer is in an "error state" with no further information. I've tried accessing the online support chat, I've emailed and called tech support, but they haven't responded to messages! The printer stopped working when my WinZip "free trial" expired without registering. WinZip loads with the printer driver. If I have to pay for WinZip to make my printer work, that's a scam! DO NOT buy this printer!
