Just for you today. Installed in minutes, it took longer to get all the screws into the bases than to put them on the big bed. I liked that I only had to buy 6 peaceful kits and not two 4 peaceful kits like the others. But I'm a heavy, 350-pound man, coma survivor, and amputee, so I'm lying on my bed most of the time, even during therapy. Still coming out of a 45 day coma. So my bed had to be higher to accommodate my medical gear. So this boner did just that. The bed is higher and it's solid as I have my Great Dane on the bed and my blue nose and house help even stay overnight and take care of me so there is a lot of weight on the bed and this mattress is 14 plus two extra inches for extra ventilation. So I need to move and it's safe, also I can move the bed up or down as it's a medical base style bed. No movements or noises even with the massage function. So I'm happy, not sure about the 9000lb mark but they definitely seem strong and sturdy.
