Good quality for the price

The skirt is baggy and looks like you could wear it right out of your pocket. Steaming is not required. The only downside is that the tulle is only partially layered/full so it shows through at a certain point. So remember that you must wear a jumpsuit or matching stretchy shorts underneath. Although the full length is good, only half is visible. My daughter is 4ft, we have 6
