It's ok for diaper bags
Small bed, easy to take out, a bit difficult to put back in but not too hard. I really liked that I can take it with me everywhere and I always have a place to put my baby comfortably. The only downside is that there isn't much space in the main pocket to put all the things you need during the day when you are with a baby. It's a good diaper bag if you know you need a bed, otherwise I'll take another bag.
