Looks like rain pants, looks cheap, looks cheap
Butrends women's hiking capris have waterproof zip pockets. The fabric is 90% nylon and 10% spandex (as stated on the product label, not as stated in the product description). The fabric is comfortable, breathable, the pants are well stitched. My wife wore them in Hawaii and didn't think they were too hot! She loved her!
