Sorry, no straps/connectors

Arrived today but was sad to see the basket had nothing to connect it to the bike. Based on the pics here on Revain it should have yellow straps or connectors. My 3.5 year old was so excited to see this and wanted so badly to buckle up his bike right away. Can someone help me? Should it come with yellow straps/connectors? Or how to make this basket work on a bike?
