For a very long time, foam-based cleansers have been my go-to choice whenever I need to do the laundry. I had brands such as Clarence, Shiseido, and Dior, and even a Korean brand made an appearance. I made up my mind to buy this item after reading a number of testimonials that praised its quality. In addition, the fact that the product description states that the gel is appropriate for sensitive skin, which means that it provides a gentle cleansing for oily facial skin, was another factor that contributed to the decision to make a purchase. The gel comes in a tube made of opaque plastic that has a flip-top cap and a capacity of 200 milliliters (there is also a 400 ml bottle with a pump on sale). Because the lid is too tight for me to open and close easily, I have to use some force. As a direct consequence of this, the plastic shattered when it was being used, and a fragment of the top fell off (well, at least the gel does not leak out yet). The gel has more of a liquid-like consistency than a solid one, and it is transparent. Additionally, it has a faint floral scent that is not overpowering. In spite of its "fluidity," the gel is extremely cost effective to work with. I never use them to remove my makeup because I prefer to use a micellar water or milk-based product instead. This prevents me from having to remove any decorative cosmetics. When I wash, I use a konjac sponge, and I find that the gel and the sponge work really well together. This results in a low consumption of the product while producing a significant amount of foam, which is something that cannot be accomplished when washing with your hands. After using the gel, the skin is left clean and revitalized, and it also starts to breathe normally again. The skin does become slightly more taut, but this change is NOT significant! In passing, I would like to mention that I have not yet discovered a single cleanser (neither a cream, nor a foam, nor a gel) that, after use, does not leave my combination oily problem skin feeling dry and tight. In addition, the application of the gel did not cause the user's skin to become dry or dehydrated at any point during the treatment process. Nevertheless, the warning label that says "for sensitive skin" is appropriate in this situation. I am pleased with the purchase that I made! I will do so once more as soon as it is over, which will not be anytime soon.
