The support team is great! They are always willing help with any issue or question that comes up during our day-to.-day operations as well when we have outages in production systems at night time hours which can be very stressful for us since it's not something I usually deal w/ everyday but they're there every step along way (even before i get my email!).
We've been working together now almost 3 years so far & their level head approach has helped me learn more about what makes them tick - how things work internally etc., while still being able tp trust all decisions made by this group without having second thoughts after hearing from others who may know less than myself because sometimes people tend 2 oversell themselves instead ounderselling yourself b4 getting too comfortable ;).
