Review on Slim RFID Blocking Trifold Wallet Men's Accessories by Tory Richardson

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Very good wallet.

I was looking for a relatively decent wallet that wouldn't cost $100. I read some reviews about it saying there is no electronic RFID security for your credit cards. I can't confirm that as I don't know how I would test it. The wallet is perfect for my needs, plenty of room for cards and two slots for driver's license and military ID. After a month of use I am very happy with it.

Pros
  • BLOCKS 13.56MHz CHIPS. The most common RFID chip frequency is 13.56MHz and is found on credit cards, passports, pass cards, PIV cards, CAC cards, work access cards, hotel room keys, and extended driver's licenses (EDLs). Please note that some chip building access cards use a lower frequency (125 kHz) and are not protected by this wallet. ID Stronghold offers other specialized products to protect these cards.
Cons
  • Not as good as it says
