You get what you pay for, but pay little!
I ordered this for night driving after several car encounters. It was significantly cheaper than all other LED/reflective options. When first used, one of the 4 bulbs didn't work. However, the other three work great, flashing very brightly and staying on my hand without moving. So for 7 € I find the bargain. Would have given 5 stars if all bulbs worked from the start.
