Disappointed that they sent me a used product instead of a new one. Yes, I paid for a new one! Used too expensive! The box was opened (the seals were broken on both ends of the box) and torn in a way that would not have happened if the box had never been opened. (Outer packaging intact.) No instructions. Difficult to disassemble parts for use. I thought someone else would have done it first. Then it was difficult to put the iPad on. It doesn't seem to be of the same quality as the Otter Box I had with my old iPad. I use it because I can't afford to be without a protective case for my iPad and I don't see myself paying more for a different case. Beware! You too can feel used! If there was a better option right now, I would do it. Cannot return for a refund and now have no coverage. Would have preferred a refund and then a replacement with a genuinely new cover of my choice!
